 The Guerdon mission is to establish ourselves as the premier home builder in the Western region. Our vision is to combine custom home elegance with factory technology to bring the dream of high-quality, affordable homeownership to buyers throughout the nine western states.
Although we started operations in 2001, the name "Guerdon" goes back as far as 1955. The name "Guerdon" means ("to reward") and was selected due to the solid footing it had and has persisted to have with customers throughout the United States. It is a well-known name today in the Western region of the United States with customers specifically asking for the "Guerdon" product.
